First Law of Revision

Information necessitating  change of design will be conveyed to the designer after – and only after – the plans are complete (Often called the “Now they tell us!” law.)

 

改訂の第一法則

 

計画が完成した後に、- 後に限って – 設計変更に必要な情報が伝わってくる (しばしば 「今頃になって!」法則と呼ばれる)
