Gerard’s Law

When there are sufficient funds in the checking account, checks take two weeks to clear. When there are insufficient funds, checks clear overnight.

小切手の口座に十分な残高がある場合、清算に2週間かかる。充分な残高がない場合はその晩に決済される。
