この前の記事で「何とかパフォーマンス」についていくつか提起したが、その中の「台風パフォーマンス(台パ)」については、既にその定義が学会で提唱されているのを見つけたのでここに引用する

Definition of Typhoon Performance (Pt)

Typhoon Performance (Pt) is defined as a product of Pt1 and Pt2, where Pt1 is an integration of time and relevant wind speed, and Pt2 is a ratio of forecasted maximum wind speed against actual (controlled) wind speed. For details, refer the figure below.
